Pick the assessment, workbook, guide, or training that matches what you're working on. Self-assessments give fast clarity — most take 15–30 minutes. Workbooks walk you through a topic across four modules — a few sittings of 30–45 minutes each. 40-day guides are one short page per day.

2. Instant download

The interactive HTML file is delivered the second you check out. No app, no account, no waiting on email. Save it to iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or Google Drive and it follows you across iPad, phone, and desktop.

3. Use it forever

Open it in a browser. Fill it in. Save your progress (every reflection saves to the file as you type). Return whenever you want to think about the topic again. Your answers stay intact — even years later.

What "interactive" actually means

• Auto-scoring. Every quiz tallies your answers as you go and reveals your dominant pattern on a result page. No counting, no flipping back, no doing math.
• Answers propagate. A reflection in section 3 fills the snapshot in section 7. The result page builds itself from earlier answers.
• Saved on your device. Local storage in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
• Print-friendly. If you ever want a paper copy, hit print — it formats cleanly.
