Patterns over insights

One insight is interesting. A pattern across twenty answers is actionable. The interactive workbooks are built to surface patterns — your dominant decision-making style, the trigger that recurs across three of your relationships, the value you keep abandoning under pressure. Insights are easy to forget. Patterns change behavior.

Structure beats blank pages

A blank journal page asks you to do everything: identify the question, do the thinking, organize the answer. A structured workbook does the first job for you so you can spend your effort on the answer. Most of the difficulty in self-reflection is figuring out the right question to ask. We've done that part.

Interactive removes friction

If you have to count your answers, transfer them to a tally chart, look up what each score means — most people quit. Auto-scoring removes the friction. Propagation removes the friction. The result page that builds itself removes the friction. The hard work of reflection stays hard. The bookkeeping doesn't have to.

Private by design

The workbooks save your answers inside the HTML file using your browser's local storage. There's no account, no cloud, no server. We can't see what you write. This is a deliberate design choice — self-reflection works better when you trust the container.
